Ok, then how about "by design" having avatar skills be recharged at the end of a cutscene? I'm sure you could do it if you put your mind to it.

If you are running avatars in PvE (where there are cutscenes) you should be running that Luxon/Kurzick skill anyways.

but yea the only reason that I can think of for the Taiwan region to be put on the American servers is to get around the perma-ban law in Taiwan.

Why will the GW official site it allows me to change my predictions for the march tournament? I am at work so I can not log on to see if won any points.

It lets me pick and has this on the bottom
